Remove pages before sharing a PDF
A report may include a blank scan, an outdated appendix, or internal pages that should not travel with a client copy. Identify the page numbers you no longer want, whether they are isolated pages or a continuous span, then prepare a revised PDF that retains the rest.
Here, page numbers can be supplied one at a time or as ranges. The tool produces a new PDF with those pages excluded; it will not let a request remove every page. Because there is no visual page preview, check your numbering before you make the change.
Check page numbers first
This tool removes pages by number, not by a visual thumbnail review. A mistaken number can exclude content you meant to keep, particularly in scanned files or documents with inserted cover pages. Review the original PDF elsewhere and retain a copy until you have confirmed the new document.
The selected PDF is handled within your browser while the new version is created. Its pages are not sent to a server for processing, which is useful when you need to remove sensitive material before sharing a copy.
Frequently asked questions
Can I remove a single page and a range in the same PDF?
You can identify individual page numbers as well as page ranges, so a one-page omission and a continuous block can be included together. Take care when ranges meet or overlap: confirm the final set of page numbers represents everything you intend to exclude, since no page preview is available here.
What happens if I select every page?
The resulting file must still be a PDF containing at least one page. If your selection would exclude the entire document, the tool prevents that operation. If you no longer need the file at all, remove or archive the original through the storage location where you keep it.
