Put your PDF pages in order
When a report contains a cover in the wrong place, duplicate scans, or an appendix that belongs earlier, reorganizing the pages can make the document ready to share. Review the page thumbnails as you plan the reading order, then remove pages that no longer serve the final version.
After you choose the PDF, the tool renders a thumbnail for every page in your browser. Move a selected page one position left or right, or remove it, then save a new PDF when the order and contents look right.
Review changes before saving
There is no undo control. Before removing a page or changing its position, take a moment to confirm the intended sequence. Documents with many pages, or pages that are demanding to display, may require noticeable time and browser memory while every thumbnail is rendered.
Your PDF is rendered and reorganized locally by the browser on the device you are using. The pages are not uploaded while thumbnails are created or when the new PDF is saved.
Frequently asked questions
Can I move a page several positions in the PDF?
Move the page left or right repeatedly until it reaches its intended spot. Each action changes its position by one neighboring page, so moving a page from the end toward the beginning may require several actions. Check the thumbnail sequence before you save the new PDF.
What if I remove the wrong page?
A removed page cannot be restored through this tool because it has no undo control. If this happens before saving, open the original PDF again and reorganize its pages from the start. Keep the original document until you have checked the new PDF.
