PDF to PPT
Editable text into slides
Convert a PDF into a PPTX with editable text boxes where its text can be extracted.
Extractable text becomes editable PowerPoint text boxes; scans and graphics remain in the slide background.
Turn a PDF into an editable presentation
Use this converter when a report, proposal, or training handout needs to become a presentation that you can update before sharing. It is useful when the wording in the original PDF matters, but you also want to add speaker notes, revise a title, or reuse a chart’s surrounding explanation.
In editable mode, the tool makes a PPTX and places extractable PDF text in PowerPoint text boxes. Each page’s graphics remain as a background image, so you may need to refine fonts, colors, and spacing. Words in scans, outlines, or other non-extractable content remain part of that background.
Choose editing or visual fidelity
Editable mode does not recreate every PDF element as independently editable PowerPoint content. It separates extractable text from a page-image background, so the final slide can need visual cleanup. If preserving the original page appearance matters more than altering its contents, choose the separate exact-page-image mode instead.
Local browser processing creates the presentation on your device; the PDF is not uploaded. That keeps the conversion within your browser, a practical consideration for internal meeting material, client details, or other pages you prefer not to send elsewhere.
Frequently asked questions
Will all text in my PDF be editable in PowerPoint?
Only text the PDF exposes as extractable can be placed into real PowerPoint text boxes in the default editable mode. Text from scanned pages, words converted to outlines, and other non-extractable material stay within the page background image. Review a slide before planning substantial text edits.
Which mode should I use if I need the PDF page to look unchanged?
Use exact-page-image mode when keeping the page’s appearance is the priority. It retains the page as an image on the slide rather than offering editable elements. Select the default editable mode only when the ability to revise extractable text is more valuable than having the original typography and spacing carry over unchanged.
