Reduce the size of a PDF for sharing

Know what the new PDF leaves behind
Compression changes the PDF’s underlying content rather than preserving its original page objects. Because each page becomes an image, it is not a suitable choice when readers must copy text, search within the document, follow embedded links, or complete PDF form fields.
The pages are rendered and rebuilt inside the browser on the device you are using. The PDF is not sent to a server for compression, which keeps the document’s processing within your local browser session.
